Two championships, one calendar. The Indian Racing Festival is the umbrella the F4 Indian Championship and the Indian Racing League both run under, sharing venues and weekends across the back half of the year.
Here's the 2026 schedule, what each venue is like, and how to actually watch from India or anywhere else.
The calendar
F4 Indian Championship, six rounds:
| Round | Dates | Venue |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 12 to 13 September | Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore |
| 2 | 19 to 20 September | Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore |
| 3 to 5 | October to November | To be confirmed |
| 6 | December | Navi Mumbai Street Circuit |
Indian Racing League, four rounds, opening 24 and 25 October at the Madras International Circuit in Chennai and closing alongside the F4 finale at Navi Mumbai.
Both titles get decided at the same December event. That's new, and it's the first time the festival has been built to finish on a street circuit.
Some middle-of-season rounds hadn't been announced publicly when we wrote this. We update the table as the organiser confirms them.

The venues
Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore. The workhorse, and the venue for both September rounds. 2.100 km, 15 turns, FIA Grade 4, opened 2003. It's compact and technical, which keeps a Formula 4 field bunched up rather than strung out. It's also mid-resurfacing and being stretched past 2.2 km. Full detail in the Kari guide.
Madras International Circuit, Chennai. The circuit that hosted the F4 Indian Championship's entire debut season in 2023, and the venue opening the Indian Racing League year in October. It's longer and faster than Kari, and it holds an FIA Grade 2 licence. See the MIC guide.
Navi Mumbai Street Circuit. The reason to follow this season to the end. A street layout hosting both title deciders in December. Everything known so far is collected here, including the bit where a street race in Navi Mumbai has been announced and postponed before.
In 2025 the festival streamed on TrillerTV+ and was carried on Star Sports and JioHotstar, with commentary in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.
Confirm the 2026 setup before committing a weekend to it. Domestic motorsport rights in India move around, and a deal announced one season doesn't automatically roll into the next.
Outside India, TrillerTV+ has been the reliable route in past seasons, though geo-restrictions vary by territory.

Both Kari and the Madras International Circuit sell general admission, and these are among the most accessible motorsport tickets in the country, nothing like Formula 1 pricing. Availability runs through the organiser and the circuits themselves rather than one national platform, so check both.
Navi Mumbai will be different. A first-year street race in a major metro prices and sells unlike a permanent circuit round, and nothing had been released when we published this.
What a round actually looks like
Three races, not one. That's standard for Formula 4 and it's why the points table moves so fast, a driver can bank three podiums across a single weekend, which is exactly what Aris Kyriakou did at the opener.
Expect practice and qualifying on Saturday with races split across Saturday and Sunday, though the organiser has varied this, so confirm the running order for the specific round you're going to.
The championship picture as it stands is in the 2026 grid and standings page.
If this is new to you: F4 is the FIA-certified entry rung of single-seater racing in India. Sixteen teenagers in identical Mygale M21-F4 cars, racing for superlicence points and a lap-time record European teams can read. Some of them will be in Formula 3 inside two years.
The Indian Racing League is a different animal. Franchise teams, four drivers each, faster machinery, and a rule requiring a woman in every line-up, which makes it one of very few genuinely mixed grids anywhere. That rule and what it's produced is covered here.
For the series itself, start with the complete guide.
