Isack Hadjar has raced the United States Grand Prix once, finished sixteenth and scored nothing. It was one of the few weekends of his rookie season that produced no story at all.
One start, no points, a best finish of sixteenth, and a grid slot that made anything else unlikely.
Twentieth on the grid left nothing to work with
The 2025 race was his first at the Circuit of the Americas, with the team then racing as Racing Bulls. He qualified twentieth and finished sixteenth, four places gained and no realistic route further forward.
At this circuit a bad Saturday is close to decisive, and twentieth is as bad as a Saturday gets.

It sits oddly against the rest of that season. He scored at Baku, and in 2026 he has taken podiums at Monaco and in Azerbaijan from the second Red Bull.
The difference between those weekends and this one is mostly the car he was in and where it put him on the grid.
Isack Hadjar's United States GP record year by year
Every United States Grand Prix start, with the grid slot it came from and what it was worth.
| Season | Grid | Finish | Points | Team |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2025 | 20 | P16 | 0 | Racing Bulls |
A different car, and a first real look
No win, no podium, no pole, no fastest lap and no points. One start from twentieth on the grid is not enough to say anything about how this circuit suits him.
He returns on 25 October in the RB22, a considerably faster car than the one he drove here last year. This is the weekend that will actually tell us something.
