The Story
Cliff Allison was a British Formula 1 driver who contested 17 Grands Prix between 1958 and 1961, racing Team Lotus, Maserati, Ferrari and Lotus-Climax. He made his debut at the 1958 Monaco Grand Prix, and stood on the podium 1 time, with a best finish of second place at the 1960 Argentine Grand Prix. Allison scored 11 championship points, making his final start at the 1961 Monaco Grand Prix.
