Chris Amon was a New Zealander Formula 1 driver who contested 102 Grands Prix between 1963 and 1976, racing 13 different teams, starting with Lola. He made his debut at the 1963 Belgian Grand Prix, and stood on the podium 11 times, with a best finish of second place at the 1968 British Grand Prix. Amon scored 83 championship points, making his final start at the 1976 Canadian Grand Prix. He also took 5 pole positions.
