Emerson Fittipaldi was a Brazilian Formula 1 driver who contested 146 Grands Prix between 1970 and 1980, racing 5 different teams, starting with Team Lotus. He won the World Drivers' Championship 2 times (1972, 1974), taking 14 race wins and 35 podium finishes along the way. He made his debut at the 1970 British Grand Prix, and made his final start at the 1980 United States Grand Prix.
